At FIKA, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, often made-to-order and customized for you. Because of this unique process, we have a clear and fair Return & Exchange Policy to ensure customer satisfaction while respecting the value of artisan work.

✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
    • The product delivered is damaged
    • The product delivered is defective
    • The wrong product was shipped
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (03110548342) or email fikaestore@gmail.com) with pictures as proof.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order and customized products (including size, color, or design changes) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or print are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.

📦 Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours with order details and pictures.
  2. Once approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or replacement.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind or customization orders.
  • In eligible cases (e.g., defective or incorrect product with no replacement option), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

🎁 Gifting Policy

  • Items purchased as gifts follow the same return and exchange terms.
  • For gifting purposes, please mention at the time of order so we can package accordingly.
